Ward County Library

Welcome to the Ward County Library

We have moved to our temporary location while renovations are in full swing! Our temporary address is 400 E. 4th, located directly behind the Library in the old Community Center. Hours of operation are Tuesday through Saturday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Hours of operation are subject to change with inclement weather and holidays. We have weekly story time on Saturdays at 11:00 a.m. unless we are on holiday schedule. Book and DVD check outs are for two weeks. We provide copy services as well as scanning and faxing. If you would like to know more or if you are checking prices, please call us at 943-3332. We only accept cash, nothing over $20 please. Masks are mandatory at this time, please consider others when you enter the building. If you refuse to wear a mask, your temperature will be taken. You are free to refuse a mask and having your temperature taken but please know you will be asked to leave. We are happy to help in any way we can, but we have rules to follow. The Library is happy to serve the citizens of Ward County. We reserve the right to refuse service. If you have any questions, please call and let us know how we can serve you!
