Welcome to the Ward County Library

We are more than just books! We also have current subscriptions of the Monahans News and the Odessa American as well as magazines, including The New Yorker, Reader's Digest, Sports Illustrated and more! Currently we have our 1000 Books B4 Kinder Program in full swing....this is for any baby/toddler ages birth to 5 (before going into kindergarten)! It is a program that encourages parents, grandparents, etc to bond with their special young one by reading books DAILY, which in turn gives your child a head start into reading so that they are prepared for Kindergarten when the time comes. Other services at the Library include a Notary Public, faxing service, copying service, and scanning! If you don't have a library card, they are free! All we ask is for a current picture ID and a piece of mail (such as a water bill) for proof of your Ward County residency. Come check us out! We'd love to see you there!
